La Pâtisserie Française
Located on the famous island of Bora Bora, La Pâtisserie by St James offers refined pastries, combining the French know-how of our talented Pastry Chef Clément Stacchetti and the local flavors of Polynesia.
We work exclusively with fresh, quality products, and we always favor a short circuit by working hand in hand with local farmers.
If you like sweet pleasures, you will find what you are looking for among a wide choice of pastries such as Paris-Brest, lemon meringue tart, choco-nuts, éclairs with multiple flavors, fruit tarts, macaroons… and much more.At noon, you can also find savory snacks, to take away or to taste at the Bar du St James: in a warm and refined atmosphere, by the Bora Bora lagoon and with your feet in the sand.
You will also find in our pastry shop a delicatessen section with local products such as the famous Vanilla from Taha’a or honey from Bora Bora available for sale.
Exclusively in Bora, La Pâtisserie By St James offers pastry lessons for children!
Are you looking for an original and fun activity to occupy your child? These workshops from 2h to 3h with our pastry chef Clément & our pastry chef Heiura will allow him to give free rein to his creativity in a fun and friendly atmosphere. A fun and delicious activity to awaken your child to new flavors!
The workshops include:
- 2 to 3 hours of pastry lessons supervised by our pastry chef Clément and his sous chef Heiura.
- Making pastries.
- Snack-tasting at St James.
